Hunting & Safari Bookings:

A 30% deposit on your Daily Rate secures your booking.

If the booking is cancelled within 3 months prior to the arrival date booked, the deposit will be forfeited unless mutually suitable alternative dates are booked, and the safari is completed during the same calendar year.

If the booking is postponed before the three-month period, the deposit may be carried forward to your rescheduled booking within the following calendar year at prices pertaining to that year.
